The natural way to better health
What is Naturopathic Medicine?
Naturopathic medicine takes a whole-body approach to health, using natural remedies like herbs, nutrition, and lifestyle advice to help you feel your best. Treatments are developed around evidence-based practices, meaning they’re supported by scientific research.
Like many others in healthcare, my journey to becoming a naturopath started because of my own experience with chronic illness. I struggled with digestive issues, a spinal injury, and a decade of painful periods before being diagnosed with Adenomyosis. On top of that, I seemed to catch every cold and cough imaginable.
As a serving member of the Air Force, my declining health seriously affected my career, and despite pushing through, I was on the brink of burnout, and my mental well-being suffered. After feeling like I had tried everything without success, I discovered naturopathy, and it transformed my life.
I’m particularly interested in digestive health, hormonal balance, mental well-being, and supporting the nervous system. I’m dedicated to helping people reclaim their lives and providing them with the tools, knowledge, and support they deserve.
Wishing you kindness and wellness,
Erin
