What is Naturopathic Medicine?
Naturopathic medicine takes a whole-body approach to health, using natural remedies like herbs, nutrition, and lifestyle advice to help you feel your best. Treatments are developed around evidence-based practices, meaning they’re supported by scientific research.
In my practice, I help people with a variety of health issues, including:
Digestive problems
Feeling tired, stressed or burnt out
Hormonal imbalances
Allergies or food intolerances
Pain and inflammation
Diabetes
Skin conditions
Sleep difficulties
Weight management
If your concern isn’t on this list, no worries! It’s not everything, so feel free to reach out if you need help with something else.

FAQs
-
The care you receive is tailored to your specific needs, so the frequency of consultations depends on your situation. Usually, I see clients for at least three sessions, but if your health issues are more complicated or long-term, we might need to meet more often. Once you’re feeling better, I suggest checking in every six months to stay on track.

I enjoy meeting my clients in person, but I understand that it may not be convenient for everyone. For those outside Auckland, virtual meetings are always available as an alternative option.

During the initial consultation, we thoroughly explore your health history, family background, and discuss your concerns and goals. We also identify any factors that might affect your progress.
After researching and creating your personalized treatment plan, we discuss it together and set achievable goals to help you succeed.
In follow-up appointments, we review your progress, discuss what’s working well (or not so well), and make any necessary adjustments. The goal is to empower you to take control of your health journey.
